Capital District YMCA Opens New Location Inside Park South Apartments Building

The Capital District YMCA’s newest branch is in our Park South Apartments community in Albany, NY. We are so thrilled to partner with the “Y” on its new project and are optimistic that our residents and neighborhood will be enjoying it for years to come. Last week, during the ribbon cutting ceremony, our General Manager Tim Owens had this to say.

“Tri City Rentals and the CDYMCA have been aligned as partners for over 50 years. We are so proud to broaden our affiliation and support of the Capital District YMCA today as we make the Park South neighborhood and Albany a stronger community. We are excited to collaborate in bringing the “Y” to the Park South neighborhood. We look forward to watching the CDYMCA thrive and grow in the City of Albany through programming and empowering development of a healthy body, mind, and spirit for all Albany residents.”
