Tri City Rentals Apartment Communities prioritizes the health and safety of its residents. We take great pride in providing comfortable living arrangements for our loyal residents. With that said, we are proud to announce that seven of our nine Buffalo-region apartment communities are now smoke-free! This is a milestone we plan to conclude by April of 2024 with the addition of our remaining two properties.
