At all Tri City Rentals Apartment Communities, our residents, prospects, and team members are top priority. In compliance with the CDC and NYS, we continue our efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy during this time. We want to remind you of the following precautionary steps we have taken.
- Common areas have been and will remain closed until further notice. Fitness Centers and laundry centers have density reduction and extra cleaning.
- Our maintenance team members have added extra cleaning schedules around the clock.
- We provide no-contact engagements whenever possible including our virtual leasing options (tours, online applications), email utilization for residents, and we have a Resident Portal COMING SOON!
- Sanitizer stations may be available in your community.
- Our goal is to keep you up-to-date and informed with consistent updates to our protocols through emails, posts on our News and Events webpage, flyers, posters, stickers, and more.
- As a reminder, please continue wearing your face masks including in all common areas, laundry centers, and hallways. Your cooperation is very much appreciated to help keep you, your family, and your neighbors safe!
