In May 2023, we were happy to announce that 7 out of our 9 Buffalo apartment communities had been converted to completely smoke-free residences. Now, the remaining two communities have been converted to smoke-free living, making ALL Tri City Rentals Buffalo communities smoke-free. We take great pride in providing healthy and safe living arrangements for our loyal residents. We want to thank our residents and employees for their cooperation and work as we look forward to this continued effort together.
