Tri City Rentals and your community management teams are thrilled to announce your Fitness Centers have reopened! We have implemented new procedures with your health and safety top-of-mind! We understand that many of our residents have been eager for their community fitness center to reopen and have had questions. That's why we have put together a step-by-step plan to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible. Here's what you need to know:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Step 1<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Let your Rental Office know that you would like to use the fitness center.<\/span><\/span><\/i> Step 2<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Make a reservation!<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Reservation forms will be available at the Fitness Center. You can reserve one 50-minute time slot per day. Reservation forms will be available 48 hours ahead of time. When you complete your Code of Conduct Form, you will receive a discrete Resident Fitness ID number that you will have to use to reserve your exercise time slot.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Step 3<\/span><\/span><\/b> These can be found at the fitness center.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Fitness Center Rules<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n We are making every effort to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our residents. \nYou will be required to sign a COVID-19 Fitness Center Code of Conduct. Call or email your Rental Office for information on how to obtain the Code of Conduct Form. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
\nWhen you arrive for your exercise time, you are required to complete a daily health waiver.<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
