We're excited to announce that Rustic Village and Tri City Rentals repeated their success as the winners for Best Apartment Community and Best Management Company in Democrat and Chronicle's 2024 Rochester Choice Awards.<\/p>\n

Rustic Village and Tri City Rentals both achieved a stellar year, with Rustic Village named Best Apartment Community and Tri City Rentals earning the title of Best Management Company.<\/p>\n

2022<\/h2>\n

Congratulations to Rustic Village for retaining its position as the Best Apartment Community, while Tri City Rentals was recognized as a finalist in the Best Management Company category.<\/p>\n

2021<\/h2>\n

Rustic Village once again earned the title of Best Apartment Community, with 1600 East Avenue as a finalist. Additionally, Tri City Rentals was recognized as the Best Management Company, cementing its reputation for excellence.<\/p>\n
