With everyone staying home for the most part at our apartment communities during these unusual times amid the COVID–19 world health crisis our role has become even more important as we strive daily to ensure that we provide you with a safe, clean, disinfected and comfortable environment at ALL Tri City Rentals apartment communities. This is the standard you have come to expect.<\/p>\n
For the last 8 weeks you may have noticed a change in how your apartment community work force team perform their jobs so we wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with the highlights of protocols, scheduling, directives and procedures that we have put in place across our apartment portfolio for employee safety, resident safety and your families safety:<\/p>\n
Although we are doing things a bit differently than normal, we want at this time to express to you that you are important, valued and respected by our entire TEAM. We appreciate your loyalty to our Tri City Rentals brand, and we are here to continue servicing you as you have come to expect. In closing, in order for us all to be successful staying healthy and safe from COVID-19 we TRUST that you have put your own personal safeguards in place to protect your neighbors and our team.
