2023
Rustic Village and Tri City Rentals both achieved a stellar year, with Rustic Village named Best Apartment Community and Tri City Rentals earning the title of Best Management Company.
2022
Congratulations to Rustic Village for retaining its position as the Best Apartment Community, while Tri City Rentals was recognized as a finalist in the Best Management Company category.

Rustic Village once again earned the title of Best Apartment Community, with 1600 East Avenue as a finalist. Additionally, Tri City Rentals was recognized as the Best Management Company, cementing its reputation for excellence.

2014
Democrat and Chronicle’s annual Rochester’s Choice Awards had some exciting awardees this year. Rustic Village Apartments was voted the #1 Apartment Community for the 13th year in a row. Tri City Rentals won Best Management Company for the third year in a row. And for the first time, 1600 East Avenue Apartments won silver for Best Apartment Community. Thanks to all of our Team Members in Rochester for their efforts to achieve these recognitions.
2013
In this year’s Democrat and Chronicle’s Rochester Awards, Rustic Village Apartments won Rochester’s Choice for Best Apartment Community for the 12th year in a row and Tri City Rentals won Best Management Company for the 2nd year in a row.
