Join us in celebrating Earth Day 2012 by recycling your old electronic equipment for free. We are also offering a no cost solution to the safe destruction of all hard drives and similar data storage devices. We have 5 convenient drop off locations throughout the Capital Region.
Locations include, Towers of Colonie, Regency Park Apartments, Hampshire Apartments, Regency Park North Apartments, and The Woods Apartments.

- To obtain a pool pass for the 2020 pool season, we are requiring that a COVID-19 Waiver be signed along with acceptance and acknowledgement of the 2020 COVID-19 Pool rules.
- If we have your email address on file, you should have also received an email version of this letter with a link for you to download the COVID-19 Waiver and the 2020 COVID-19 Pool rules. If you are able to print the waiver and 2020 pool rules at home, please do so and bring it signed when you pick up your pool pass. If you cannot do that we will have copies available to sign when you pick up your pass.
- 6’ spacing between and reduction of chairs and lounges to allow for social distancing and density reduction. Where applicable, we have placed lounges and chairs outside of the pool area to enlarge the amount of area that a resident can safely use the pool amenity. All pool furniture will be sanitized between users.
- Tables and umbrellas will be limited to 2 persons.
- No concession or water fountains.
- Number of individuals in the pool water at a given time based on 50% of the NYS Pool Permit occupancy limits.
- Changing areas and showers will be closed – Restrooms limited to one person and a mask must be worn.
- Hours of operation will be 11 am – 7 pm. We may need to close the pool midday to sanitize all chairs.
- A mask must be worn when entering, exiting or moving around the pool deck with exception of while in the pool water.
- Our loyal, dedicated and valued employees continue to work as they are a key part of our designation as an Essential Business and Work Force. For their safety and their family’s safety we have adopted a 7 day a week – 20 hour/week split shift AM & PM work schedule to reduce employee density but still provide exemplary service, cleaning and work order completion. We are designated as an Essential Business by the CDC guidelines and the NYS Governors office. We are, however, out of an overabundance of caution limiting and staggering their work schedules (stated above) while continuing to compensate our team with full pay, no layoffs or furloughs.
- All common areas spaces and community touch points such as – lobbies, mailboxes, hallways, entry doors including doorknobs/handles and laundry rooms/equipment are and will continue to be cleaned and disinfected twice per day – 7 days a week.
- Quality and timely maintenance and unexpected customer service has always been the hallmark and our number one goal for you our residents – We continue this pledge by upholding our 24/7 on call maintenance service for all your apartment requirements.
- Our office is open and working to ensure that we are here to answer any questions and/or service requests you may have as you are spending more & more time at home. We have strict health and safety protocols in place for all of our team members which follow the latest best practices as published daily by the CDC and the New York State Governor’s Office.
- Our Grounds staff has been working differently than normal on the property conducting the spring cleanup but as you appropriately expect our community surroundings and grounds will continue to have outstanding curbside appeal and an environment you will be proud to call home.
- Over the past weeks we have established CDC protocols and guidelines for Resident Use and Responsibilities for Laundry Rooms and Elevators where present.
- We have engaged our varied multitude of supply vendors and want all residents to know we have ample inventory of sanitation, cleaning and disinfectant products on the shelf and we have ordered with confirmed shipping and delivery dates for replacement supplies.
- We have provided necessary CDC Best Practice recommended PPE equipment for our Essential Work Teams and have abundant PPE stockpiled and warehoused.
- Closing ALL Exercise Facilities –All of our Tri City Rentals Apartment Communities exercise facilities will close starting immediately this morning. These facilities will remain closed indefinitely.
- Closing ALL Clubhouses – All of our Meeting, Party and Entertaining Centers throughout our apartment communities have been closed since last week. We are now CLOSING down game rooms, TV Rooms, Pool and Ping Pong tables, libraries – ALL locations in Clubhouse/Rental Office Buildings for use by residents and their guests.
- Suspend the Public Refreshment Hospitality Areas – We are suspending and shutting down all Coffee, Tea and Bottled Water amenity areas in our Clubhouses and Rental Offices. We will no longer offer these items to the residents, the public or rental prospects for health and safety reasons.
