2019 Rochester’s Choice Awards by Democrat & Chronicle

The 2019 Rochester’s Choice Awards have been announced! We are pleased to share that our 1600 East Avenue Apartment Community has won the Silver Award for being the Best Apartment Community for the 6th time! Additionally, Tri City Rentals has won the Gold Award for the 8th time for being the Best Apartment Management Company! That’s not all! Rustic Village Apartments has taken the Gold for 18 years in a row! What an amazing accomplishment. Thank you to everyone who voted and we look forward to the years to come.
